Clubhouse Reservation Form

DEPOSIT. The undersigned agrees to pay a deposit of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per reservation. Upon acceptable inspection of the clubhouse by the Homeowner’s Association manager after the rental date, a check issued by Hubbell Realty Company will be sent within thirty (30) days to the undersigned.

FEES. The undersigned agrees to pay $10.00 per hour with a minimum of four (4) hours for rental of the clubhouse.
