I am a small builder that builds approx. 15 homes per year. I give great thought into where I build and who I do business with. I recently drove thru a community in Pleasant Hill called Copper Creek and was impressed. The development was very clean, the lots were well maintained, it was by far NOT a “cookie cutter” subdivision and I felt that this was the place that I wanted to purchase several lots to build my product.
